Thinking Out Loud: A man attuned to himself will immediately recognize the missing part of him when he beholds me. He will simply choose me to be his wife, and I accept him as my husband, because we KNOW that the parts rightly fit. He will know that I am the help meet that was in him, but is now beside him; he will know me and declare that I am the heart of his heart, the soul of his soul, the love of his love. What he doesn’t have, I have preserved for him – – surely he will not reject himself (me) for he is a wise man. I am he…he is me…we are one. Selah!

Joint to joint and vein to vein we are a faultless ensemble.

He will choose me because I represent myself well in the city; my name is respected among the leaders, and the poor call on me for guidance. His name is safe and sound in my mouth, at home, and in the community. He will choose me because I am a business woman and will manage the wealth of his hands with superior diligence; because I will teach his children to honor him.

He will choose me because he has found himself! Selah!

“Love is not a feeling! Those who think that it is will also express selfishness. These are ‘two’ of many reasons why many marriages and relationships are failing i.e. selfishness and living like love is an emotion. Some BElieve that if you ‘are not feeling’ all giddy and bubbly that love is not alive. They have associated “I’m angry” with “I don’t love you.” Or, “You’ve pissed me off” has BEcome equivalent to “You don’t love me.” Or, “What you said hurt my feelings” has BEcome akin to “We just don’t love each other anymore.”

This is the world’s way of thinking and it is indisputably BOGUS. Love is not a feeling/emotion i.e. mad, angry, sad, blah, and frustrated. However, those emotions are produced by the LACK of love alive. Love is about patience, enduring, bearing, hoping, THINKING NO evil; it is kind and mature; it does not keep a tally of “this is what you did so that’s why I did what I did.”

When you BEcome your emotions, you enslave love. That is such an abject attitude. When you BEcome love, you have power over your emotions. Consequently, your feelings are managed by the higher court and judgment of what rules – YAH’s Love” (Smith, Angela M. 2012)!

I’d not been on a cruise in a very long time and was excited to experience the seas again. Embarkation was stress-free as I was the last one to check in and receive my cabin keys. The receptionist, who was the primary face of the cruise ship, was polite and paid attention to the details of anxiety I displayed. Even though I told her twice, “Don’t say my cabin number out loud,” I’m certain I only needed to note it once as she handed me the key.

Then, she tells me that the entertainment for the evening was Tasha Cobbs and how all the passengers are enjoying her performance. As a live-and-die hard music fanatic, I chose another excursion. Around the bend of arcades and other gaming machines, I heard children tête-à-tête and a man inspiring them. I peeked around the wall and there the children were, on the stage grasping a lesson on relationships. The parents and other passengers were in the audience.

When the teacher looked at me, I noticed that his right pupil was black and his left pupil was blue. As I slowly sat down, I watched the teacher…watching me. Then, he took a couple, stranger passengers, and seated them at the foot of the stage. They were angry people, looking like they were on a forced adventure. Not only were they angry, they unswervingly rejected the truth.

As I affirmed the teachings of this teacher, the aggravated lady next to me stood up with a fiery rage and exclaimed, “YOU’RE A LIAR!” I could see her choleric expression from my peripheral vision. Without agitation, I said to her, “He’s in the scriptures. What he’s saying is in the Holy Scriptures!”

What about the children? They had intently observed the behavior of the parents and the couple. I was thinking that, perhaps, they were thinking, “And therefore, grown-ups are failing in their relationships. They do not believe the teachings of the teacher.” SELAH!

When I woke up, I was gently reminded of Luke 18:15-17. As well as Matthew 18:3-6, KJV: verily I say unto you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever, therefore, shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Selah.

On September 23, 2021, a dear friend of mine asked me to be praying with him regarding an employment opportunity that he was interested in and very much qualified to perform. After he expressed why he wanted this position, I immediately began to meditate on his desire.  

On the THIRD DAY, September 26, 2021, I sent him a prayer that I had uttered in the ears of Abba, Father. Part of that prayer reiterated what The Scriptures we believe in proclaims, and that is John 14:13-14; 16:23-24, “…and whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ASK ANYTHING in my name, I will do it; whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, He will give it to you; ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.”  

That same THIRD DAY, my client called, and I shared with her about us, the kingdom citizens of God, being Genesis 1:26. I mentioned how we (quite a few of us) walk in the dominion here-and-there and every-now-and-then, but not consistently. How we (again, quite a few of us) have not disciplined ourselves to have what “LET Us” created us to have – and that is DOMINION! While I was speaking to her, I said to myself and then told her, “You know I’ve been praying for and with a friend about his employment desire, and I’m thinking, well LORD – I need a job, period.”  

Suddenly, the Holy Spirit whispered, “Did you ask?”

Very reflective, I stopped talking and told the truth. Yeah! I had not asked!  

It wasn’t that I didn’t want to ask for myself or that I wasn’t concerned enough to ask for what I needed. I was just fully committed to and focused on the moment of praying for and asking for my friend. Standing in agreement with his request, being Matthew 18:18-19, was important to me. This kind of commitment to agree in faith without wavering, always, and I do mean ALWAYS, yields a YES!  

On Monday, September 27, 2021, I had THREE phone interviews. Those three phone interviews turned into three scheduled face-to-face interviews. On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, I arrived at my first interview on time. However, I could not enter the building. So, I called two people to let them know the door was locked and was eventually let in. The salary they offered was considerable for someone without my experience. It didn’t even meet my exit salary from my previous job, and the start date was in late November. When I returned home, I called the second company that scheduled me for an interview and told them that I was declining their interview because I had accepted another offer. To mention, I hadn’t had the third interview yet, but I knew it was the right fit for me. So, I ASKED of the LORD. I sure did! I asked the LORD, “May I have this position with this salary? I want this one, LORD?”  

And so, I left my ASK in the presence of the LORD.

On Wednesday, September 29, 2021, the THIRD DAY, I arrived 15 minutes early for my interview and was interviewed without delay. The greeting started with the interviewer, a man of Greek ethnicity, introducing himself. He said, “Angela, I prayed over EVERY resume, and there was A WORD that jumped from the pages of your resume. I told my staff to call you in for an interview and that I will not be interviewing anyone else.”  

God Almighty is some kind of mindful of me! Two days prior, September 27, 2021, this man of the LORD’s kingdom had already decided to hire me. The declaration was in the atmosphere ONE day after the Holy Spirit inquired of me, DID YOU ASK, which was ONE day before I even asked the LORD, MAY I HAVE! Selah!

So then, today, October 4, 2021 (five days after I received my YES for what I asked for), is a day of great grace – favor. I say this because I received a message from my friend, whom I prayed for every day, stating that he received his YES for what we were ASKING. ALLELUIA!

Although this is not the first time prayers have manifested for me, these past 11 days of faith created opportunities for my heaven (earth) to experience God’s heaven (the Kingdom of God). This kind of living is intentional and requires patience to walk through “God’s Timing.”

With a heart of thanksgiving, I am encouraged to maintain my faith lifestyle and devotion to prayer. I scribbled all of this testimony to fill you up with hope and that your faith is multiplied inch by inch. Even so, a slight measure of increase is better than no increase.

This commentary is based upon the book titled Kingdom Principles by Myles Monroe.  In the text, he mentions “A second key component of every country is language.  A country is not a country unless it has ONE major language” (pg. 189).

During my Sunday prayer and meditation, I was enlightened by my current state of affairs and as I listened with purpose I begin to focus on the language of the Kingdom of God because the language [how I speak, my dialect] will identify which Kingdom [country of citizenship] I belong to.  The language of God is ONE speech.  Genesis 11:1 (KJV) says, “And the WHOLE earth was of ONE language and of ONE speech.”  Citizens of the Kingdom of God must have ONE sound, ONE language/dialect, ONE speech and it MUST sound like the King of all creation – God. 

In Genesis 11, the people of the land said LET US make brick; LET US build US a city and a tower; LET US make US a name.  They were speaking the language of God that was spoken “in the beginning” in Genesis 1, i.e. AND God said LET THERE, LET THE, and LET US make man in OUR image.  This image [the people] of God in Genesis 11 spoke like Father Elohim [our creator] and they too said LET US do this and that…whatever things that they decided to do.  However, God saw that the image He created was now IMAGINING themselves to become inhabitants outside of Him, i.e. LET US make US and LET US reach heaven!  The language of God is UNITY in Him, not unity in US without Him.  Selah.

His language is POWER and has life.  Proverbs 18:21 (KJV) says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue [the language, the speech]; and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”  The language of God IS NOT a cliché [a word, a tongue, a language, a speech that has lost its power from overuse].  His language is not established in and from the world’s system; the world’s way of saying, doing; nor is it a man’s opinion.  A man’s opinion that is not the Word [the language] of God is equal death.  Selah!

However, when you are IN [within, inside of] the Kingdom of God there is no death because God is life.  Therefore, the citizens of God’s Kingdom must speak the language of life that is IN [within, inside of] God.  Any Word [speech, language] that is outside of and independent of God is death.  When this Kingdom language is engrafted [permanently attached] to and is spoken by the Kingdom citizens, THEN, and only then, will we experience the “ask in My name [or ask in My language, talk like I talk and I will understand my language] and I will answer you with My Word [my language].  John 15:7 (KJV) says, “If ye abide in me, AND my WORDS [my speech, my language, my dialect, how I speak and what I say] abide in you, ye shall ask what ye WILL [what you desire, want, and need], and it shall be done unto you.”

Why shall it be done?  Because I [Father Elohim] always respond to Myself, My Word, My tongue, My speech – I understand Myself saith the ADONAI!  Selah!  It is declared in Isaiah 55:11 (KJV), “So shall My Word [My tongue, My language, My speech, My sayings] be that goeth forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it SHALL PROSPER [bring life and not death] in the thing whereto I sent it.” 

You will know if a person is of your culture, your citizenship, known as The Kingdom of God, because His spirit [His Word, language] in you will identify with itself [His Word, language] in another.  Too often we have heard an anomalous sound [an abnormal, uncharacteristic word that is not the language of the Adonai…it is a strange babel] from “A” kingdom that has established itself within “THE” Kingdom [the Body of Christ] of God. 

This anomalous sound can be heard from the hurting lay members, the unlearned leaders, the lying prophets, the whoring bishops, the trifling deacons, the incompetent competent musicians, and foolish mothers, and it draws the citizens of The Kingdom of God to division because many who have heard also listened and obeyed the abnormal language [sound].  They never studied the LANGUAGE of God to know His tongue and His sound.  The scripture declares in Numbers 23:19-20 (KJV) that, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath He said, and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good?  Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and He hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.”  If God’s language doesn’t consist of incompetence, lying, affliction, and manipulation, then the citizens of His Kingdom should not embrace strange sounds and an erroneous dialect.

This anomalous sound and erroneous dialect [language] according to 1 Corinthians 13:1 (KJV) is such, “Though I speak [have a language of and] with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.”  In other words, the speech is full of NOISE and no POWER.  Remember, the language, speech, of God is POWER.  Selah! 

Due to this NOISE, the body of Christ is spiritually scattered, such as in Genesis 11:9, “…and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth” i.e. denominational wars and separation of the church [which are the people] and the government.  In fact, The Kingdom of God is the government; it is the leading authority that has POWER – remembering that the language and speech of God is POWER!  Some of us, sadly stated, have separated ourselves from the King, from His Kingdom, His Country, His Laws, His Land, His Principles, and His Language by also embracing the language [opinions] of man. 

Being that we’ve decided to be part of God’s Kingdom, we MUST speak [preach, teach, prophesy, sing, give music to] His ONE Language and we shall then behold the “AND God [I] said, AND God [I] saw, AND it was [is] GOOD [well, valuable, delightful, beautiful, EXCELLENT]!

Equal to drops like rainwater sitting on a frond, the word bandwagon sat upon my heart. I’d not heard this word in a very long time and immediately knew it was alive with purpose.

The term is richly associated with conformity, in which Apostle Paul beseeched us (the believers in Yeshua and Father Elohim Who gave Him to us) to be ye not conformed to – to this world. Yet, many members of many bodies have rebelled against such begging.

I asked my lads, “What do you think of this word?” They sounded off, “It’s about people wanting to ride with you, because of your success, to gain their own, and they don’t even care for you. They are riding off your good name and your knowledge, skills, and abilities to give the appearance that they are (fill in the blank) when they have not become (fill in the blank).

They were not far off in their thinking.

In addition, I explained to them that it’s also about people who are hopping on to a belief, a statement, an opinion, breaking news, or a promotional ad, and the increase of the persuasion (many, many people hopping on in agreement with those things) says, ‘OH, this must BE fully true and authentic!’

The TRUTH is this: a whole lot of these wagons are leading a whole lot of people into the danger zone. These bandwagons (that many have hitched a ride on) are wooing a nation of people. They are wooing them into a secret place: a place that they don’t know they don’t want to be. And, it’s not the wise sinner man thumbing for a ride. It’s the foolish saved man, who has forsaken knowledge, whose ego is on 1,000; who’s snobbish, selfish, and puffed up, and who has ceased to seek the Kingdom of YAH. SELAH.

As I have nurtured my family, I minister to you – don’t jump on every bandwagon. Choose them wisely.
